Paul is the founder and owner of Peak Pediatrics LLC and has over 10 years of experience evaluating and treating children with speech and language disorders. He is a New Jersey State licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and graduated from Columbia University where he received a Master’s of Science in Speech and Language Pathology. Paul delivers exceptional care while demonstrating a genuine sensitivity for all children he treats. Paul provides crucial education to parents and caregivers and creates highly personalized therapy programs to yield lifelong improvements.

Cara Lynch - National Board-Certified Occupational Therapist

Cara is a NJ State licensed and National Board-Certified Occupational Therapist. She studied at Quinnipiac University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. She has professional experience working with the pediatric population, treating a variety of needs including self-care skills, social skills, fine and visual-motor skills, self regulation, and sensory processing. Cara is passionate about working with children and their parents/caregivers to help them grow to their fullest potential!

Molly Balseiro

Molly is a New Jersey State licensed and ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She earned her Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Syracuse University. She has many years of experience working with autistic and medically complex children ranging from the ages of 3 to 21. Molly is passionate about functional language, gestalt language processing, and AAC, and is an advocate for child-led therapy.

Madeline List

Maddie is NJ state licensed and National board Certified Occupational Therapist. She received a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Iona University. She has experience treating an array of needs including but not limited to sensory processing disorder, executive functioning, self care skills, fine motor and gross motor skills, and visual motor skills. Maddie is passionate about working with children and their caregivers to provide opportunities to build a toolbox that will help them be successful throughout their lives.
